A Director with Excel Financial Services Ltd, has over 34 Years post-graduation experience, with over 25 Years cognate experience in Trade, Investment, Financial Services, Credit and Asset Management, Marketing and Other related experiences.
He holds a bachelors degree in Agricultural economics and a distinction masters degree in Business Administration with core competences in finance and marketing. He has over the years put above experiences into good uses in various managerial and executive positions. These includes Cobal ventures & Investment LTD, Cash Link Fin & Investment Plc, Capital providers and securities Ltd, Equitrade Ltd, and Vast Concept Nig Ltd.
He was a lead consultant with the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (Lagos State Chapter) in partnership with other financial institutions for the provision of assets to public servants in Lagos state, also he is currently on board of Workers Advance Solutions Ltd (WASL)
saddled with responsibility of managing third party non statutory deductions for loans and advances to federal government workers.
Oludare is a member of several professional association among which are an associate with chattered institute of Stock brokers, Equipment Leasing Association of Nig,Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, and Association of Professional Business Strategist of Nigeria. He is happily married with good children.

Mrs. Adefunke Ase is the Managing Partner of A.S. Ase & Co. (Chartered Accountants). She started her working career with Federal Government Press as a Store Keeper from 1993 to 1995, after which she moved to Lagos State Polytechnic for her OND and HND in Insurance respectively.
She joined Omega bank/Spring bank as a Corper in 2000 and Later to Join S.S. Afemikhe as a Supervisor in 2009. She left for Fola Akiyode & Co. in 2010 as a Tax and Audit Manager- while at Fola Akiyode, She was co- opted into the 2009-2011 NEITI Audit as Senior Consultant by Sada Idris and Co in 2012.
She was the Group Head internal Audit at Inspiration FM before she backed out as full time Practice Accountant in 2016. Since then she has been into one consultancy job to the other ranging from- Audit, Tax, Value for Money Audit, Forensic Audit, Statutory Audit and Oil and Gas Audit in Public and Private Sector.
Aside consulting, she is a resource person in financial related matters and has facilitated for BWL Consulting, CrossAxis Consulting, IEDuman International, CFA Studies International on different financial related courses ranging from Entrepreneurial Development, Tax Matters, IFRS, Accounting and Booking etc.

A former Finance and Administrative Officer at AFN Brokers Limited(2013-2017),who has a proven ability to drive out inefficiencies through process of improvement as well as assist in the maintenance & development of financial systems and accounting procedure. Also worked at Coverage Investment & Trust Limited as Accountant/ Fund Manager(2017 – 2021)as a confident, multi skilled, ambitious & dedicated accountant, who has the ability to put into best use of company generated fund and provide financial advice & service to the clients. Currently a Business Manager of DMG Foods & Investment Enterprises.
Supporting the company activities by providing accurate financial and management accounting information in which financial decisions are based. Also involves in compiling financial reports & analyses, identification, selection of an optimum portfolio of investment opportunities whilst working to strict deadlines.
